Authorized distributors sell XProtect to resellers. Through the Milestone Knowledge Program we educate and train our system integrators, value-added resellers and dealers to sell XProtect products to end users. There are two different certification levels that signify the amount and type of training our partners have received.
Advanced Certification
This BICSI®-accredited certification qualifies our partners to estimate requirements and install, configure and manage XProtect® Corporate, XProtect® Enterprise, XProtect®Analytics and XProtect® Smart Wall.

Professional Certification
This certification provides our partners with a basic understanding of the IP video market and technology, as well as certification in all other XProtect VMS products and XProtect add-on products not covered in Advanced Certification.
